Donations

People who wish to make a financial contribution can do so directly through a cash donation, a pledge, appreciated stock, life insurance policies, their estate, or through a myriad of other vehicles. The Foundation highly recommends potential donors plan their gifts in concert with their tax consultant and/or attorney.

Every donation makes a difference in the lives of our patients and their families. Your gift will provide much needed financial support for major additions and upgrades to the property, plant and equipment at Graham Hospital. It can also be designated to the School of Nursing for students’ financial needs.

Checks/Credit Cards/Cash
To make a gift by postal mail, please print out the gift form and mail or fax it to Graham Hospital Foundation, 210 W. Walnut Street, Canton, IL 61520 or fax your credit card gift to: (309) 649-5188

Stock/Securities
To make a gift of securities today, please contact the foundation office (309) 647-5240 ext. 2477 or 2203 to arrange a transfer.

Matching Gifts
Many contributors multiply their support to Graham Hospital Foundation by making use of their employer's matching gift program. We are grateful to these companies and foundations for their generosity. We encourage you to ask if you employer offers such a program. Please contact your employer's human resource director for the necessary form to send with your gift.

Memorial Gifts
Memorial gifts are a lasting remembrance of a special person who has touched you during his or her life. Graham Hospital Foundation will acknowledge your gift by sending an appropriate note to the family or friend in whose name the gift was made. The amount of your gift will not be mentioned. Tribute Gifts
Tribute gifts honor individuals celebrating:

The Foundation Director’s office and the Senior Services Coordinator are housed at Graham Hospital, within the Marketing suite on the ground floor. The Foundation President’s office is located in Hospital Administration on the lower level of the hospital.
